A Word#
Penguins are migratory birds that fly back and forth between the Arctic and Antarctic every September. As long as you look up at the northern sky, you can see penguins flying in Japan. Is this also a deception? - "Amazing Logic"
Life#
- I had a three-day weekend and went to Chiba's easternmost city, Yanagawa, which is said to be the earliest place to see the sunrise outside of the mountaintop and offshore areas. However, the weather was too hot, so I basically stayed in the hotel.
- The two-hour tram ride from Chiba to Yanagawa was also enjoyable.
- After the sun set, I took a ride on the Yanagawa Electric Railway, which has a history of over a hundred years, and walked along the beach to see the lighthouse.
- It feels like a deserted and lonely little town.
- If there is another chance, I plan to book a seaside hot spring hotel in advance.
- It's so hot 🥵
- I found a reasonably priced daily bath additive and replaced the shower head with a new one 🚿
- On the last day of the three-day weekend, I rewatched "Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine" at home. I also want a great woman.

"Curse of the Mummy" by Shoji Shimada, an early work of Shoji Shimada, is a Sherlock Holmes fan fiction that tells a case involving Natsume Soseki during his study abroad in England. It has a unique interpretation of the Sherlock Holmes stories and characters, and is overall quite interesting.
I asked him about Holmes mistaking me for Moriarty, and Dr. Watson looked like he was about to cry, saying that Moriarty doesn't actually exist in the world. I asked him what he meant, and after hesitating for a long time, Dr. Watson finally made up his mind and confessed the astonishing truth to me.
"Since you're a foreigner, it's okay to tell you. Holmes has had abnormal brain conditions since around 1880, and he often makes mistakes in his work, such as wrong deductions and mistaking the culprit. He almost arrested Reichenbach once. If you check the archives at Scotland Yard, you will see that there were quite a few cases that were deadlocked during that period."
"Later on, Holmes' condition got worse and worse, so I decided to send my good friend to a mental hospital for treatment. That was in 1891, and Holmes stayed in the hospital for three years. However, when I sent Holmes to the hospital, I never thought he would be able to be discharged after being cured, so I decided to announce to the public that Holmes had died in Switzerland on the European continent.
"However, Holmes is a well-known detective after all, and I couldn't just say that he died in a street fight with local thugs. So I hastily made up a story about a master criminal named Moriarty. Because this was a sudden fictional plot, I had to put in a lot of effort to make it consistent with the previous stories. However, Holmes himself seems to have lost the ability to distinguish between the story I made up and reality. What's even more troublesome is that I only recently learned that he had once been a student of a tutor named Moriarty. Things have become somewhat uncontrollable. Whenever he sees a strange person, no matter who it is, he will ask, 'Are you Moriarty?'"
